Storage: Any vehicle or assembly that has not been picked up within 15 business days after
notification that repairs are completed is subject to a storage fee that will be applied at the
discretion of ACE Racing Transmissions.
Satisfaction Guaranteed: At ACE Racing Transmissions, it is our sincere desire to provide not
only the finest quality in High Performance Racing Transmissions, but also to provide the best
customer service in the industry. If for some reason you are less than satisfied with your
experience at ACE Racing Transmissions please call us at (817) 605-3151 during normal
business hours.
Warranty: ACE Racing Transmissions’ Limited Warranty covers all rebuilt transmissions for six
(6) months from the date of installation. Ace Racing Transmissions’ sole obligation under this
Limited Warranty shall be to, at it’s own discretion, repair or replace any component(s) or
assemblies deemed to be defective at time of inspection by ACE Racing Transmissions
Technicians at no charge to the customer, shipping and transportation costs do not apply.
The customer is responsible for any shipping or transportation costs incurred. The Limited
warranty is no-transferable. Customer agrees that by acceptance and installation of any
component or assembly that No Refunds will be provided.
Any parts or components returned to ACE Racing Transmissions for Warranty consideration
must be accompanied by a detailed description of the implied fault along with a detailed
description of the vehicle including performance modifications, return label indicating shipper,
packing slip, original invoice and a pre-approved return merchandise authorization form which
must be obtained from ACE Racing Transmissions. All returned good must be delivered to
ACE Racing Transmissions, 7729 Maplewood Dr., North Richland Hills, TX. 76180.
The Limited Warranty only applies to failed or defective parts, assemblies and workmanship.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to implied product performance issues.
Conditions that will void this Limited Warranty on any product include, but are not limited to:
Excessive heat, improper installation, improper application, abuse or neglect of any
component or assembly, improper fluid level or improper maintenance.
Disassembly, Repair or Alterations, of any part or component, by any person(s) other than
ACE Racing Transmissions’ Technicians, or person(s) without prior approval by ACE Racing
Transmissions for such Disassembly, Repair, or Alterations, shall at the time of discovery void
this Limited Warranty.
The Limited Warranty expressly does not provide coverage for loss of use, personal injury or
damage to other components.
The Limited Warranty does not include any labor costs incurred for removal and installation of
a component that was not installed by ACE Racing Transmissions at the time of purchase.
